Professional Headshot Booth Pricing
Headshot stations are booked at Half Day (up to 4 hours) and Full Day (4-8 hours) coverage. The schedule and flow of your event as well as anticipated attendance and interest will drive which options are best for you. Each headshot station can typically serve a maximum of 20 people per hour.
Step 1 - Choose Your Coverage
Headshot Station
$1950 (half day) / $3800 (full day)
Half Day (up to 4 hours) or Full Day (4-8 hours) coverage. Headshot stations include: Single setup for backdrop and lighting, consistent across duration of event and all stations; high resolution digital images; file organization by last name_first name; standard commercial usage; model release per person photographed; individual private galleries for delivery or full gallery delivery to a single person based on your needs.
Additional Headshot Station
$1700 / $3000
If the number of attendees or the time constraints of your event exceeds the number of people a single headshot station can serve, an additional headshot station can help to ensure everyone gets a great headshot. Additional stations also reduce the amount of wait time for attendees.

Instant Delivery
$500 / $750
Each participant will receive their headshot within minutes of their session, via email in a private, individual online gallery. We handle everything including file hosting, delivery, and support. No additional work for you!
On-Site Image Selection
$500 / $750
We will help each individual select their favorite image immediately following their session. This ensures each person is happy with their chosen headshot. These images can be retouched for an additional fee.
Standard Retouching - All Headshots
$650 / $1000
Our headshots look great straight from the camera. Even still, most people appreciate a little bit of retouching. Enhance the experience with Standard Retouching on all delivered images. Includes light skin softening and facial wrinkle reduction, blemish removal, and light teeth brightening.
Premium Retouching
$25/image
When you need your headshots to look their very best, add Premium Retouching. Above and beyond Standard Retouching, each image is retouched by hand to gently tame stray hairs, reduce skin shine, even skin tone, eye glasses glare, wrinkle reduction in clothing, lint and dust removal, and background replacement.
Custom Scheduling

Give your VIPs, CEOs, and Executives a fast pass. Our Custom Scheduling calendar will give your most important attendees the ability to pre-select a time for their session. They can go straight to the front of the line at their designated time.

Standard Headshot Booth
$4550/day
Includes full day coverage, one high resolution image per attendee, either instant delivery or on-site image selection, file renaming and organization, lead capture, individual and whole image galleries.
Premium Headshot Booth
$8850/day
Includes everything in the Standard package plus an additional station, standard retouching for all delivered images, and custom scheduling for VIPs.

Additional Helpful Information
We don't need retouching. Is this required for great headshots?
In short, no, retouching is not absolutely necessary. Its necessity depends on the intended use of the final images. With our expertise in lighting and photography, we consistently deliver great headshots, which may suffice as a value-added service. If the images are intended for small-scale use such as social media profiles or corporate directories, retouching may not be required. However, for applications that may involve larger viewing sizes, we recommend adding retouching to ensure that everyone looks their best.
How are the files delivered?
We have a variety of options for attendees and organizers. All files are named by the attendee Lastname_Firstname, so they are easy to sort and identify. Attendees get their headshots delivered via email in a private online gallery. We can also provide a single gallery containing all headshots depending on your needs.
How do people flow through the Headshot Booth?
We offer on-demand services that allow people to register into our queue and hop in line, and we can also offer advanced scheduling for your VIPs and Executives. This way your most important attendees get great headshots as it suits their schedule, with plenty of availability for the rest of your attendees to enjoy the experience. We can work with you and your team to create the registration and scheduling process that works best for your event.
How are the headshots chosen if we don't include On-Site Image Selection?
We only need to make a very small number of frames to capture a great headshot, and once we have what feels like an authentic expression, we're happy. With the full and half day coverage as described above, we'll deliver the best headshot of each person at our discretion. If you would prefer each person receive every frame we capture (minus obvious bloopers like eyes closed, or unflattering pose/expression), we'd be happy to create a custom quote.
In contrast, On-Site Image Selection is the ultimate option to ensure everyone walks away with a headshot they are proud to use. After we create a set of images for an attendee, they will immediately choose their favorite in person with our team.
Can some of the Add-On Services be paid for by attendees?
Yes! While most services such as instant delivery and on site image selection are contracted along with event coverage, we are happy to provide retouching, or upgrades to premium retouching, as an add-on service payable by the attendee through their private gallery.
Do you provide event photography?
We have access to a network of photographers that would be excellent options for event coverage. We would be happy to facilitate connecting you with a great photographer for your needs.
